Shipping Time

Our goal is to process and ship your order within 2 business days of receipt. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. You may also view your tracking number from your My Account section.

Shipping Rates

Kate Bissett currently offers two shipping options for U.S. domestic orders:

• Standard - $7.95
• Expedited - $9.95

Our Standard option will ship most items will ship via UPS (USPS for PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses). If you do not want your item shipped with UPS, we recommend using our Expedited shipping method. Our Expedited option will ship most items via USPS Priority mail with signature confirmation included.

All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping!

Shipping Carrier

Kate Bissett ships most orders via UPS. Our Standard option may ship via UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail if delivered to a PO box. If you do not want your item shipped with UPS, we recommend using our Expedited shipping method. If you are shipping to a U.S. Post Office Box or military address, Kate Bissett will ship your order via USPS First Class Mail.

Undelivered Packages

We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
